Impression Obsession: Rainbow of Color

Hi everyone!

We have set aside a day to share some fun themed projects! This month’s theme is Rainbow of Color

Have fun checking out what our Designers have made today. Today's participants can be found on the Impression Obsession Blog.
For my card I used the Share a Sale stamp set to create my rainbow onto a Postage Cuts die cut. Once I was done creating my rainbow, stamping the image and sentiment I adhered it to a piece of rainbow patterned paper I had in my stash.

Pink and Main: Thanks Sow Much

Hi everyone!

I am back today with another post and I am sharing a sneak peek of a super fun and cute set from Pink and Main that will be released on Tuesday, April 20th and it's called Pig Time! There are few images with little piggies in the set and for today's card I am using the little piggie holding a balloon.

I stamped him on alcohol friendly card stock and colored with Copic Markers (BG10, BG11, BG13, E11, R32, R30 and R01) next I trimmed the panel to 3 1/4" x 5 1/2" and stamped sentiment.

I created top folding note card and on the right side adhered strip measuring 1 1/2" x 5 1/2" from the Happy Patterned pad. Using craft foam I adhered the image panel. To finish off the card I added few glitter enamel dots from the In The Garden pack that will also be released on Tuesday.

Scrappy Tails Crafts: New Home Slimline

 Hi everyone!

Happy Friday! Today I am sharing a slim line card using couple products from the Scrappy Tails March release: Slimline Brick Backgrounddie and Home Furnishings set and coordinating dies.

To make the card start by stamping the images on watercolor paper using waterproof ink, color them and die cut using the coordinating dies. Set aside.

Die cut the Brick Background Slimline die from white card stock. Ink blend pale gray ink. Next cut a piece of white card stock measuring 3 ½” x 2 ¾” and ink blend medium gray ink. This will be to create the floor. Using pencil (I used warm gray colored pencil) draw lines to create the floorboards.

Create slimline card base from heavyweight white card stock. I used 7” x 8 ½” piece of cardstock and scored at 3 ½”. Adhere the slimline brick die cut, then the floor you created. Using foam tape adhere the images.

Stamp sentiment on black cardstock and emboss in white. Cut to size and adhere to the card using foam tape. This finishes your card.

Thank you so much for stopping by, hope you have an amazing day!

Spellbinders: April Small Die Club kit

 Hi everyone!

Today I am sharing a slim line card using the April Small Die of the Month from Spellbinders. This month we have a stitching die. I had so much fun with this one!

I die cut it from Heavy weight white card stock and added the stitching. Next I die cut the letters from Princess Pink card stock twice. On one set of letters I ink blended Sweet Sixteen ink only on the bottom to get more of an ombre effect. Stacked the letters and adhered to the stitched die cut.

Next, cut a piece of yellow card stock measuring 8 1/4" x 3 1/4" and using foam tape adhere the die cut to it. Create slim line note card and using craft foam adhere the panel to it.

Spellbinders: Susan's Flora Peony Card

 Hi everyone!

I am hoping soon to be back to regular blogging instead of having periods of radio silence. But until I am fully recovered from the hip surgery, I can't promise. I am grateful for all of you sticking with me and my sporadic blog posts. This past year had thrown a lot of curve balls at me. But I am getting through it, slowly...

Anyway, I had fun time playing with the Single and Double peony die set from the Spellbinders Susan's Flora collection. It was so much fun creating the peony. I made something in between the single and the double one. lol.

I used the specialty paper from Susan's collection and the tool kit to shape my flower and it was pretty easy. I used Copic markers to color the petals and leaves. I love the texture of the paper and the final look.

Once  I created the flower and leaves. I used a background I had made using dye inks and gel press. I stamped the sentiment from Susan's Spring Quotes set in black, adhered the flower and leaves then added some pearls. To finish off the card I adhered the panel to a top folding white note card (You can find these in the Spellbinders Card Shoppe!!!) using craft foam.
