Calling all the heroes

                                                      TEA AND COFFEE POT CARDS

Happy Friday everyone!
Last night while I was making some projects for the display boards I had an idea to make a card with the new photopolymer stamp set Calling All the Heroes.  And I had to make it right away, because I knew if I didn't it was never going to happen.
I stamped the skyline on Whisper white cardstock and embossed it right away with clear embossing powder. The dsp I used is Sweet Taffy.
This set is available only while supplies last and comes on two sheets in a clear mount stamp case. And the possibilities are limitless.

Bloom for you and Blendabilities class by mail

                                                      TEA AND COFFEE POT CARDS

Welcome back to my blog!
Today I have another project to share that I made at the Catalog Launch party couple weeks ago.
I still can't find the card I made few weeks ago and wanted to share, I have probably deleted it from the SD card (yikes) but I have couple shots of it on my phone, so I may post those.

I have had a creative block this week. I am still tired from our vacation. Going on vacation with two little ones ( 2.5 yr and 10 month old) is not really relaxing. But they did have fun, so makes it all worth it.

However I did make bunch of cards this week, but those are for the display boards at Convention. I am doing two sets of projects for two different types of display boards. The first set is already at Stampin' Up! so I am glad to have that done, now I am working on the second set that I need to take with me to Convention and set up the board myself.

Now, about the bag....It's pretty simple! But I do LOVE how it turned out! I used the Bloom for You stamp set (actually this is a single wood mount stamp) and the coordinating punch along with some Gold Soiree dsp that I cut using the Apothecary Accents framelits. As well I used the new masks and did the polka dots using our stampin' sponges and Crumb Cake ink. You can even make coordinating card to go with the bag for a Birthday gift or any other kind of gift.

Ok, now onto the Blendabilities class. Several of the sets of Blendabilities will finally be available for customers to purchase on July 1st. So I decided to offer a class by mail.

What's included in the class price? Here's the list:

1. 2 sets of Blendabilities (Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive)
2. Pre-cut supplies to make 4 cards (we'll be using 3 different stamp sets, but if you don't have them no worries, you can substitute. The sets are Blended Bloom, Sweetbriar rose and Forever Florals)
3. PDF with the supplies you need to finish your cards, close up pictures
4. Link to videos on how to make the cards.

This cards won't be featured on my blog and the videos will show you how to make them from beginning to end, not just the coloring part.
Other supplies you will need is: Memento ink, color lifter, adhesive.

If you want to order additional supplies I can add those to your class fee and they will arrive with the rest of your class materials.

The price of the class is $38, which includes the two sets of blendabilities, tax, shipping, materials to make 4 cards and class fee.

You can register by June 30th and I will be placing the Orders on July 1st, once Blendabilities become available for order, and you should be getting all your supplies by July 15th, including the PDFs and the videos.

Beautiful Bunch

                                                         TEA AND COFFEE POT CARDS

Hi all, I am back today with a little eye candy. This is one of the cards we made at the Catalog launch party.
I used some new goodies from the catalog, such as Beautiful Bunch stamp set and the coordinating punch, Flowerpot dsp, Crushed Curry 1/8" taffeta ribbon and Party Pennants Bigz L die.
It's pretty simple card, but the dsp gives it a nice look. I think this dsp is great  for CAS cards.

Creation Station Blog Hop - Forever & Always

Hi everyone and welcome to another Creation Station Blog Hop. This week one of the things we are focusing on is Wedding. Since I didn't have any wedding sets ,I used MDS downloads :Forever & Always and Cheers to Love. I printed the sentiment on Very vanilla card stock and trimmed it to 4" x 4 1/4". As well I printed the flower and leaves and colored with Blendabilities, then I cut them out using my paper snips.
Before I adhered the flower and leaves with dimensionals, I diecut some burlap ribbon using the large scallop edgelit and trimmed to 4" and adhered it to my panel. Then I stapled some Rich Razzleberry cotton ribbon and on top tied some Linen Thread. After that I adhered the flowers and leaves using dimensionals. Then I adhered the whole panel on my Rich Razzleberry card base using dimensionals.

Pretty simple card but I do love how it turned out.

Clean and Simple Work of art

                                                         TEA AND COFFEE POT CARDS

Happy Thursday!

Thank you for coming back to my blog! Today I have a very simple card to share that I made using the Work of art stamp set.
I stamped the same stroke image 6 times without re-inking the stamp. Well, first I did the Coastal Cabana lines, then the Crushed curry ones. Next I stamped the sentiment and voila :)

Note: The catalog party prize winners are posted on the Catalog Launch website.

Flower Fair

                                                         TEA AND COFFEE POT CARDS

Hi all and Happy Wedensday!

For today I have two cards for you. First up is a card I made using Flower Fair stamp set. This is multi-step set which is photopolymer. I had to have it right away. I just LOVE it. I used masking to create simple card. The centers of the flowers are embossed using Crushed curry embossing powder. And then I used some Pool Party cotton ribbon.

The second card is really simple. There is no stamping. I used the Ampersand embossing folder to create the & sign and then little letters thinlits to cut out YOU and ME . Added some sequins and some thick twine to finish it. It looks much better in person, though.

                                                         TEA AND COFFEE POT CARDS

Hi all,

I posted this morning the videos for the last part of my Color My World class. If you are registered for the class you can access the class through the link below:
The last part was watercoloring. And the Snapshot image was  one of the images I demonstrated. So, I just cut it our and made a simple card using it. I used Whisper White card stock as my card base. I chopped 1" from the bottom of the front and adhered some Sweet Taffy dsp on the back, so I have 1" dsp showing on the front. Then using the Project Life journaling pen I did some faux stitching. I stamped the sentiment " Oh snap" from Hip Notes stamp set and then with dimensionals I adhered the image. And finally I finished the card with some Melon Mambo cotton ribbon. I LOVE this ribbon!

note: the class videos and website will be available for the next year, or even more.

Gold Soiree wedding card

Happy Monday!
Today I have a card that I showed on the Catalog Launch Party on Saturday. You can find the link bellow this post and see the video.
For this card I used the new Gold Soiree dsp as well the the striped scallops thinlit die. Since I used some fancy dsp and the die I decided to keep the overall design simple. I stamped the label from Everything Eleanor set with Encore gold ink and cut it out, then I did the little label using the Lovely Labels set  and the coordinating punch.

Note: The last part of the Color my world class will be posted tonight or tomorrow in the morning. Thank you for your patience!

Baby shower and simple cards

Hi everyone!
Happy Friday!
I can't believe this work week is almost over. It seemed as a long long loooong work week.
Today we had a little baby shower in the office for my coworker and his wife and I did some decoration, favors and little water bottles. I didn't take any pictures at home, but I took some at the shower with my phone, they are on the bottom of this post.

Here are few simple cards I made using Gorgeous Grunge set, along with the Off the grid (now retired :( ), sine cork accents from the SAB promotion (not available any more) , as well the thick twine is from SAB. The sentiments I used are from: Thanks a lot and Feel Goods stamp sets. And the colors are: Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe and Cajun Craze).
