Hero Arts: Happy Birthday to My Main Squeeze

Hi everyone!
Today I have a fun card using the new Hero Arts Orange Blossoms set and featuring watercoloring with reactive inks. To make the card I started with a piece of Dove White cardstock measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and applied Pool Party reactive ink over the Tile Pattern stencil, while the stencil was still secured over my paper I splashed some water and let it dry.
In meantime stamp the oranges and leaves using Intens-ified black ink and color using reactive inks (Lemon Drop, Creamsicle, Green Apple and Key Lime Fizz). Once colored die cut them.
Once the background piece has dried stamp sentiment. Adhere the oranges and leaves using foam squares, add  clear enamel dots and adhere to top folding note card made from Pitch Black cardstock.
All the supplies are listed at the bottom of this post.

Spellbinders: Foiled Basics by Yana Smakula and a VIDEO

Hi everyone!
I am back today with bunch of fun cards featuring the new Spellbinders Foil Basics by Yana Smakula and new foil colors. I had so much fun creating with this collection ended up with bunch of cards and TON of leftover foiled and die cut elements.
There are 4 foiling die sets in the collection: Yana's Sentiments, Foliage Border, Organic Foliage and Polka Dot Strip.
I started by using each set to foil bunch of images and backgrounds. I used also a lot of different foil colors and card stock (supplies listed on the bottom). Once I had everything foiled I die cut all the elements and organized in different little bowls, then assembled my cards.
I have video below of my process and how I made the cards. Just a little heads up. The video is little on the longer, as we are making 8 cards.
I have all the photos of the cards below individually too! And all supplies are on the bottom.

Picket Fence Studio: February Release is LIVE

Hi everyone!
Happy Friday and Valentine's day. But it's not just that, happy Picket Fence Studio release day!
Have you seen the new paper glazes?!? You better go check those out. I have few cards coming using those, but they were still wet and couldn't finish them for today (that's what happens when you work at last moment).
Anyway, this is a smaller release than January, but it's an amazing one nonetheless.
For my card today I used the new Funky Leaves stencil, Favorite Notification set and Hello Word die.
I used shades of teal/green to do my stenciling using the Life Changing blending brushes. Once my background was done I trimmed it down to 3 7/8"x5 1/8". I die cut the Hello die 3 times (one from glitter black card stock and twice from pitch black) and adhered all the layers together, then added to the stenciled panel.
Adhered the die cut to the panel. Stamped sentiment on pitch black card stock, embossed in white, trimmed to size and adhered to panel.
Using fun foam I adhered the panel to top folding note card.

Pink and Main: Hello Friend, Ergonomic Blending Brushes and Video

Hi everyone,

I am back today with a Pink and Main post for you and a video using the new Ergonomic Blender Brushes and Garden Gate Stencil.

To make the card start with a piece of white card stock measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and secure the stencil over it. I used two blender brushes for all of the colors used, but you can use as many as you like or as few as you like.

Watch the video below (or click HERE) to see how this card came to be.

Starting from the lightest color start blending the inks going to the darkest. The colors I used are the following: butter bar, soft cantaloupe, pale tomato, bubble gum and ultra pink. Once done remove the stencil and trim the panel to 4" x 5 1/4".

Next stamp the sentiment, I used Spring Sentiments and Terrariums set for it. I cut the Hello Friend in half to separate the works and stamped in two separate lines. Trim the sentiment and layer onto Ice Rink Sparkle sheets. Adhere to ink blended panel. Adhere to top folding note card and add Birthday Girl glossy dots to finish it off.
