Picket Fence Studios + WOW! Embossing Powders collaboration

Hi everyone!
Happy Wednesday!
Today we are hopping with Picket Fence Studios and WOW! Embossing powders for a fun collaboration. Have you tried the WOW! embossing powders? Have you tried the two tone ones, the sparkle ones, the multi tone ones,.....there are so many varieties and during the past couple years I have build my collection.  I love the sparkle without the mess behind it.

For my project today I used the Black Magic embossing powder. This one has a black embossing powder base, but has fold and silver within, and when heat set it looks like confetti.
For my background I used Picket Fence Studios stencil (Random Dots) and inked it using Watermark ink, then embossed with the Black Magic. For the sentiment I did similar thing, just stamped the image with Watermark ink, but on white card stock and embossed in Black Magic,
Assembled the card and VOILA!!! LOVING the effect!!!

PRIZES - No Blog hop is complete without a prize!

WOW! Embossing Powders has 6 powders of your choosing along with a WOW carry case to store your powders safely in.

Picket Fence is giving away a $50 gift certificate to their store.

The Winners will be chosen at random from the comments left on THE POSTS.

To join this GIVEAWAY you must leave a comment on each blog post to have a chance at getting your hands on the prize. This hop is open internationally.

Impression Obsession: Hot Colors

Hi everyone,
Happy Thursday and welcome to another Impression Obsession challenge. The challenge today (and for the next 2 weeks )is Hot Colors.
For my "hot colors" I decided to do a painted gouache background using hot colors. One painted I sprayed it with Therm-o-web gold glitter spray and let it dry.
I die cut the dragonfly and hello sentiment twice, layered them together and again sprayed to the gold glitter spray.
Trimmed the painted background down to 3 3/4" x 5" adhered the dragonfly and the sentiment and assembled my card.

National Ice Cream Day Hop with Catherine Pooler and Ellen Hutson

Hi everyone!
Happy Sunday and Happy National Ice Cream day. Today Ellen Hutson and Catherine Pooler Joined forces for a fun hop.
Summer and Ice Cream go hand in hand. However summer is a busy time for most of us, with kids being on summer break and sometimes it's hard to find time for crafting.
I run from work , to kids camps, play dates etc. While I am waiting for certain events I bring with me bunch of stamped images and color on the go.

I love coloring using the CP Designs ink and the mini ink pads are perfect for coloring on the go. That's how I made this card. I had bunch of images with me and colored on the go. I smushed some ink on a packaaging from the store and colored with my waterbrush.

When I got home I die cut 2 of the images, trimmed the ice cream truck panel and assembled my card.

And if you are following the hop you most likely came from Ardyth's blog and your next stop is Carly!!!

And to make this hop more fun we have prizes, too!
We've got fun prizes!!! We are giving away $25 to the EH shop and $25 to the Catherine Pooler shop! To enter for a chance to win, make sure to leave comments at each stop along the hop! Two random & lucky commenters will win! Comment before Sunday, July 28th at 11:59pm PST. Winners will be notified by email.

The Stamp Market: Poppy Hugs

Hi everyone,
Today I am sharing a card I have over the My Sweet Petunia's blog.
I used bunch of The Stamp Market goodies and of course my MISTI! To make the card I started by stamping the Diamond Tile Background using Silver Lake Altenew ink, once stamped I trimmed my panel down to 4" x 5 1/4" and set it aside.
Next using my MISTI I Stamped the layered poppies and the leaves and cut them out using the coordinating dies.
I die cut the HUGS sentiment and then stamped HUGS in black using the MISTI.
Once I had all the elements I arranged and adhered to the panel stamped previously. Using fun foam I adhered the panel onto top folding Pitch Black note card and added few black Nuvo drops.

Altenew July 2019 Stamp/Die/Stencil/Stamping Mat Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hi everyone,
Today I am honored to participate in the new Altenew Release blog hop. There are so many wonderful products in this release and you don't want to miss it. Also there are prizes!!! Scroll to the bottom.
It's a blog hop full of wonderful creations from some amazing designers. So, if you are following the hop you should have arrived from The Hedgehog Hollow blog and your next stop would be Hussena Calcuttawala. If you just stumbled upon my blog by chance, then scroll down for the blog hop list or just go to the Altenew Card Blog to start the hop.

Along the amazing stamps, dies and stencils, Altenew is releasing a STAMPING MAT. It's amazing one!
Here's the description
The silicone grid mat is great for stamping, watercolor, ink blending, heat embossing, and everyday crafting! The mat features inches as well as metric measurements on the edges and a half inch grid. Due to the nature of the silicone surface, some grid lines have slight imperfections and are not completely straight. This will not affect the quality or functionality of the mat. Please note that due to the white color of the mat, using inks or coloring mediums may stain the mat. This will not affect the performance of the mat.
Material: Silicone Color:
White Size: 12"x16"
Surface: One side printed with a grid, one side non-slip
Heat Resistant

Now, lets move onto the projects. For my first card I used the Sophisticated Wreath set and dies and paired it with the Mega Blessed die and Medallion layered cover dies. I kept my background white so it brings out the flowers more and the sentiment.

While I had my MISTIs all set up for the layer stamping on the Sophisticated Wreath, I stamped bunch and created bunch of same design cards but different color schemes. These are great for mass producing

For my next card I used Charming Doodles and Something Wonderful sets.

Here's another card using Charming doodles set, but this time I paired it up with a sentiment from the Sophisticated wreath and used the Geometric Frames die set to create the frame. I used the Charming doodle stencil to do my masking. I used the Antique Gold Pigment ink to stamp the images and sentiment on black. Don't you just love the results?

Then, I have a card using Graphic Brushstrokes set. I stamped the background twice in different shades of pink and added a sentiment stamped on black and embossed in white for some contrast.

To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 6 lucky winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or Altenew Scrapbook Blog by 7/16/2019 for a chance to win.

We’ll also draw a winner to receive a $20 gift certificate from the comments left on each designer’s blog on the blog hop list below. All winners will be announced on the Altenew blogs on 7/16/2019.
