Hero Arts: Silent Night

Hi stampers,
Happy Tuesday! We are back from Greece!!!! And we had wonderful time!
Now back to real world and life. Today I am sharing a non color layering card using the  Color Layering Fawn set. I stamped the image and colored with Copics then die cut it. I cut a window using the snowflake ornament die and did ink blended background. Stamped the sentiment using Intense Black ink and assembled the card.
I added few sequins for extra interest

Hero Arts: Owl Be Home For Christmas

Hi everyone!
Happy Friday! Hope you have had a great week and ready to tackle Thanksgiving week (assuming you are in the US). We are headed to  Greece tonight for a week of vacation with ALL THREE kids. Wish us luck....

Today I am sharing a card using the Hero Arts Color Layering owl along with the Snowflake confetti fancy die.
To make the card I stamped the owl outline using Intense Black ink and instead of doing the color layering part I colored the owl using my Copic markers.
I cut a circle using pool layering paper, and a background using the Snowflake infinity dies.
I assembled the card and added  few sequins as finishing touch!

Picket Fence Studios: November Release is Live

Hi stampers!
Happy Wednesday Today is the day, the new Picket Fence studios release is live!!! And it's full with of amazing stamps that you don't want to miss.

I have couple samples to share using goodies from this release.
First up is a card I made using the Happy Happy Happy Birthday and Rough Around the edges stamps. To make the card I started stamping the background using my MISTI and Catherine Pooler Mini ink pads. Once I stamped the background I trimmed it to 4" x 5 1/4" and stamped the sentiment in Picket Fence Studios Black Hybrid ink and quickly embossed with clear ultra fine embossing powder. I assembled my card and added some Nuvo drops

For my second card I used the new Ruffled Peony set and stamped the image on watercolor paper (again, using my MISTI) with Versamark and embossed in white. I colored the image using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. Next stamped sentiment on vellum and embossed in white and trimmed the strip. Assembled the card and added Clear Nuvo Drops.

Thank you so much for stopping by and hope you have a creative day

25 Days of Christmas Tags

Hi everyone!
Happy Friday and welcome to day #9 of 25 days of Christmas tags with Tracy McNeely
Today's sponsor is Pink and Main, so I am using one of my favorite sets from them: Christmas Mugs!
To make my tag I stamped one of the mugs on white card stock and colored with Chameleon pens, next I die cut the image. I stamped the sentiment onto red card stock and embossed in white. Trimmed to size!
I created the tag using the Layered stripes dies, then cut it into a tag, added some ribbon and clear dots and voila :)

Unity and MISTI collaboration hop and giveaway!!!

Hi stampers!
Happy Thursday! Today I have a cute little card to share using Unity Stamp Company stamps along with my MISTI.
To make my card I used the new Wishing and Wishing stamp set. I love dandelions, so this stamp set was right up my alley. I stamped the image using my MISTI Hero Arts Intense Black ink, then colored with Copic Markers. Once done, I put my card stock back into the MISTI and stamped over using Versagine Clair ink, then embossed with Clear embossing powder. I assembled my card and added some Pink Jewel Nuvo drops as a finishing touch

This is a part of a fun collaboration between My Sweet Petunia and MISTI.

Let's start with few ideas that I had on the Hero Arts blog over the weekend and today.

Here are few more ideas using the kit.
First up is a set of cards and tags using the background stamp along with the clear for the sentiment. I Started by stamping the background on blue and pink card stock. Then embossed with gold and ink blended with reds and blues. Cut the panel, stamped sentiments and assembled my cards and tags.

For the second one, I stamped the background onto white card stock and embossed with gold. Trimmed the panel down to 4" x 5 1/4". I popped out the three little ornaments and stamped them separately and embossed with the Green Gold Embossing powder. Stamped sentiment and embossed in gold. Die cut using the Circle Infinity dies and assembled my card.

Do you want to make some quick and easy ornaments? The new DIY Ornament Kit is perfect for it. Here are couple ornaments I made using the dies and paper from the kit.

Spellbinders and Fun Stampers Journey are coming together!!!

Hi everyone,
I am back again today with a fun announcement and couple projects to share with you!

Fun Stampers Journey and Spellbinders are coming together , today, on November 1st 2018!
Here are few facts :
1) FSJ stamps are made in the USA of deeply etched red rubber for a perfect impression every time.
2) Our thin metal dies are made of steel to give you clean cuts time and time again, without warping or dulling. And, they’re coated in FSJ green so they're easy to find!
3) We offer over 50 exclusive colors – matching cardstock, ink, ribbon and accessories makes creating easy!
4) Over 50% of our stamps have coordinating dies – no more fussy cutting!

Today I have couple projects to share using the Thankful Friends set and dies along with the Frosted Friends puffy stickers for my second card.
For my first card I stamped the fox in Mandarin spice and die cut. I did the same for the scarf and sentiment (the scarf was hand cut).
Then I trimmed a white panel and assembled my card. I added clear Mandarin Spice Nuvo drops to finish off the card.

My second card is very simple, I only used the stickers to create my little scene. I arranged them on 4" x 5 1/4" piece of white card stock. Then adhered to Sno Cone card base and voila....quick and simple.

Impression Obsession: So Very Thankful

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday!
It's time for another Impression Obsession challenge. This time around it's "So Very Thankful".

For my card today I decided to use the Oak branch stamp along with the Thank you sentiment from the Introverting stamp set. I stamped them onto watercolor paper using black ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. I decided to keep the design clean and simple, so just colored the image using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. Then adhered to top folding chocolate note card.

Don't forget to play along over at the IO Stamps blog for a chance to win a gift certificate, as well as visit the other Design Team members for more inspiration.
