Hero Arts: Mixed Media Catalog Release, Blog Hop + Give Away

Hi everyone!
It's release day over at Hero Arts and it's a super fun new Mix Media catalog. There are bunch of new mediums being released today and new products!
I am not really a mixed media person, but all the new products are super fun to use. And mixed media can be clean and simple, too. It doesn't have to have tons on it.
And we are celebrating the new release with a hop and giveaway (scroll down for details for the giveaway)
If you are following the hop you have probably arrived from Emily Midgett blog and your next stop is Jessica Frost-Ballas.
For my card I used couple of the new mediums (Hero wax in gold and Pewter Pearls) along with the Cobblestone stencil and Art Journal messages.
To make the card I used my reactive inks to create gel pressed ink blended background. Next I stamped around the edges with the Script Bold Prints and White unicorn ink. Once dried I applied Hero Paste in white through the Cobblestone stencil randomly around the background. Once dried I applied the Gold Hero Wax using my finger. Set aside to dry.
White the background was drying I stamped the butterfly using Taffy and Berry Smoothie reactive inks and black on top. I embossed the last layer (black) using clear and gold embossing powder.
Adhere to the dried background.
Stamp the sentiment on Pitch Black cardstock, emboss in gold, fussy cut and add to the panel. Add Pewter Pearls.
Adhere to card base.

Giveaway: Hero Arts is giving away a prize pack of new products. The winner will be chosen from all the comments left across the hop and announced on the Hero Arts blog.
