Hero Arts: May My Monthly Hero release, blog hop, giveaway + VIDEO

Hi everyone.
It's new month, and it's time for a new My Monthly Hero kit from Hero Arts.

And...it's another awesome My Monthly Hero Kit from Hero Arts.
Here's the official description of this months kit:
We've cooked up some creativity with the May My Monthly Hero kit release. Join us in the kitchen for a kit made for sharing birthday greetings, friendship, or decorating your baked goodies! The main kit features a gorgeous kitchen-themed Cover Plate die. The A2-sized cling stamp adds a great backsplash to your scene, or is versatile as a background on any project. There are dies for embellishing with pots or adding food, a fun new "cast iron" embossing powder, and messages for your card and gift giving needs. The kit is rounded out with cardstock in colors that give a vintage kitchen vibe, as well as wonderfully theme-appropriate baker's twine.

If you are following the hop you have probably arrived from Emily Midgett 's blog and your next stop is Jessica
Pre-order your kit now, as it is available only until supplies last!!! Kits will start shipping on Friday May 6th.
For my first card I decided to do some repetitive stamping of the sentiment to add little more interest to my clean and simple card. Watch the video below to see closer look of the kit, add ons and how to make this card. Below also I have a card I had yesterday on my blog as part of the sneak peeks that used pretty much all the elements from the kit.
And last but not the least is a card using few of the add ons for this month! The Animal Cooks stamp and die set along with Kitchen Shelves Background stamp, that I stamped on white and embossed using White Satin Pearl embossing powder. I created a frame for the bunny using the rounded  rectangles and square infinity dies.

Kit Contents:
• 4" x 6" Clear Stamp Set
• Cover Plate Fancy Die
• 6 Additional Fancy Dies
• Cling Background Stamp (4.625" x 5.875")
• 12 Sheets of Cardstock - 4 each of Pink, Mint, White (5.5" x 8.5")
• Watermark & Embossing Ink Cube
• Cast Iron Embossing Powder (0.5 oz.)
• Blue Baker’s Twine (10 yards)
GIVEAWAY: Hero Arts will give away a $50 gift card, drawn from the comments left across the hop. Enter by Sunday, May 8th at 11:59pm Pacific, and the winner will be announced on the Hero Arts blog the following week.

Great cards - the one with the word stamp applied repetitively has a superb design format. Love the colors you chose, too. I also love the kitchen one and the little critter card. In the kitchen card, the color scheme is unexpected yet perfect. I love that it's not either a) all neutral (as in many of the hop cards) or all a bright block of color (the apparently alternative to the fully neutral). Youhave a nice mix of the styles. Kudos!
