Hero Arts: My Monthly Hero February '22 Release, Blog Hop, Give Away + Video

Hi everyone.
It's new month, and it's time for a new My Monthly Hero kit from Hero Arts.

And...it's another awesome My Monthly Hero Kit from Hero Arts.
Here's the official description of this months kit:

Our February My Monthly Hero release was inspired by the art of the Surrealist masters and the magical imagery of dreams. Let your imagination soar with the playful drawings as you arrange your own creative scenes. There are nine different messages to include on your card or project, and the kit is rounded out with black watercolor paper, a water brush, and a custom Daniel Smith watercolor paint palette.

If you are following the hop you have probably arrived from Emily Midgett 's blog and your next stop is Jessica Frost Ballas.
Pre-order your kit now, as it is available only until supplies last!!!
For my card today I used the black watercolor paper in the kit and created super fun and easy (and quick) galaxy background. Watch the video below to see how this card came to be.

• 6” x 8” Clear Stamp Set
• 15 Coordinating Frame Cuts
• 2 Sheets of Black Watercolor Paper (5.5" x 8.5")
• Watercolor Dot Dream Palette (18 Dots)
• Water Flow Brush

GIVEAWAY: Hero Arts will give away a $50 gift card, drawn from the comments left across the hop. Enter by Sunday, February 13th at 11:59pm Pacific, and the winner will be announced on the Hero Arts blog the following week.

Hi, Ilina - Love both cards. The different skies really helps a viewer understand that you're showing a dreamscape. The second card is very affirmational - not to mention beautiful!

Beautiful. The first thing that struck me was the door appears backwards, which makes it even more twilight zoneish. I love that!
