Hero Arts: My Monthly Hero January '22 Release, Blog Hop, Give Away + Video

Hi everyone.
It's new month, new year and it's time for a new My Monthly Hero kit from Hero Arts.

And...it's another awesome My Monthly Hero Kit from Hero Arts
Here's the official description of this months kit:
"Our January release was inspired by a trip to Paris, and the locks left by lovers and dreamers on the bridges there. This month's kit is great to get started on your Valentine's Day projects, but can be used to show friendship and appreciation throughout the year. The focal point is a gorgeous cover plate die, with ornate detail surrounding a keyhole. It can be used alone, or layered over any number of beautiful scenes. To get you started, we included a lovely Color Layering stamp set featuring a rope swing covered in inviting greenery. There are ink cubes which work well with the stamps, and the kit is rounded out with some iridescent red gems."

If you are following the hop you have probably arrived from Emily Midgett 's blog and your next stop is Jessica Frost Ballas.
Pre-order your kit now, as it is available only until supplies last!!!
Here is the official description of this month's kit!!!!
I decided to use one of the backgrounds I made in the last month's video for the December My Monthly Hero kit and build in an interactive element (the swing moves left and right). Watch the video below to see how to make the interactive element without any special dies.
Below I have one more card using the Life Style Cherub dies, where I used them without the "body" and paired it with the Hearts and Blossoms cover plate (I used it to emboss the background) and a message from the Peonies Bunch stamp set.

• 6" x 8" Clear Stamp Set
• 3 Coordinating Frame Cuts
• 4.25" x 5.5" Fancy Cover Plate Die
• 1 Key Fancy Die
• 4 Ink Cubes (Key Lime Fizz, Taffy, Green Apple, Cup O’ Joe)
• Red Iridescent Gems

Your cards are so clever and pretty! I am loving this new release!
Your cards are beautiful! I love the interactive swing- thank you for the video!
Luv the swing action. My hubby gifted me a swing and lattice arbor for out in our backyard. Hubby assembled the lattice pieces. We hired 2 guys to put the lattice together since it would take 2 people. Hubby will add swing in Spring since it is cold in 30s.
