Trinity Stamps: Let's Celebrate with Stencils

Hi everyone!

I had so much fun playing with the Cake and Candles 6x9 stencil from Trinity Stamps and building this tall cake to fit a slimline card.
You can also check the Trinity Blog HERE
To make the card start with a piece of white card stock (I used 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece). Start building the cake from the bottom to the top. I started with the cake base and masked the areas around using post-it tape or just plain paper.
Next, continue adding layers to the cake.

Once done with building the layers and the topper/banner part use white gel pen to add more details to the cake and the topper.

Trim the panel down to 3" x 8". Die cut the largest Dainity Scallop Slimline from Pool/aqua colored card stock. Create a slim line card base from white card stock ( I used 8 1/2" x 7" and scored the 7" side at 3 1/2")

To finish off the card stamp sentiment from the Supporting Script Sentiments set on the same Pool/Aqua card stock and emboss in white. Trim to size and adhere to the card.
