Spellbinders: Jane Davenport ArtEssentials Blog Hop and Giveaway

 Hi everyone!

Today we are hopping featuring the Jane Davenport Art Essentials. If you haven't checked or tried them out, you should. They are so fun to work with.

And it wouldn't be a blog hop without giveaways, so check the bottom of the post for the details!!!

And if you are following the hop then you have probably arrived from  Marie Heiderscheit and your next stop is Jennifer Snyder .And if you have stumbled upon my blog and want to hop along head over to the Spellbinders Blog to start from the beginning.

I have two cards to share with you today. For my first card I used Jane Davenport Elephant Dreams set and combined it with the Aqua Pastels and the Neutrals Watercolor Set.

I stamped the image in black ink and embossed in clear, then colored using the aqua pastels and watercolors.

For my second card I used the Mermaid Markers and Brave Bear stamp set. I created the background on watercolor paper, let it dry, then stamped and embossed the image and sentiment in white.

I have listed the supplies used at the bottom of this post.

Giveaway:
To celebrate this event, Spellbinders is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 3 lucky blog readers – selected from the comments on the Spellbinders blog. Giveaway closes on Sunday, July 4th 11:59 pm EDT. The winners will be announced in the blog hop post the following Wednesday. Winner is responsible for shipping cost, duties and taxes.

I can’t tell if the last card is on patterned paper or if you painted the background yourself. If you painted it, then those watercolors are amazingly saturated!!

I love elephants & the Dream Big stamp set is on my wish list. I like that you've kept it CAS & soft. Your card with the bear on the other hand, shows the vibrancy of the inks in Jane's watercolour markers.
Gorgeous cards! I love how soft the first one is and how beautifully bold the bottom one is.
