So...let's the party started with a rabbit or two. This adorable image is part of their new release today along with another set ( can you guess what's the theme is....it has a cake image!!!) and 3 new stencils. I used the Open Heart stencil for my card.
To make my card I started by stamping the image using Versamark CLair ink onto watercolor paper. Using my MISTI I stamped several time to get nice ink coverage. Once stamped embossed with Ultra Fine Clear embossing powder. Watercolored the image using my Karin markers and set aside.
In the next step I used the Open Heart stencil, Cotton Tail Blending Brushes and Oxide ink pads (Picked Raspberry, Fosilized Amber and Abandoned Coral) to create the background. I used Pixie Spray to secure the stencil to my card stock. Once the background was done I trimmed the panel down to 4" x 5 1/4", trimmed the image to size and adhered to the background.
Stamped sentiment on black card stock, embossed in white, fuzzy cut it and adhered to the panel.
To finish off the card I used craft foam to adhere the panel to top folding white note card.
