Spellbinders: Non Traditional Christmas cards

Hi everyone,

Today I am featuring the Christmas Cascade Collection by Becca Feeken. However I went a little different route and didn't use the cascade base but used the dies from the add ons to create few cards. Also I used non traditional colors and added Evergreen Embossing folder and used the sentiments from the new Holiday Sentiments Stacks set from Fun Stampers Journey. 

For my first card I die cut the frame from white glitter paper and made few more from regular card stock. Stacked them up and adhered to my white panel. Die cut the ornaments from silver and color card stock and layer the silver ones underneath the colored ones offsetting a little. Adhere them inside the frame, stamp sentiment and adhere to red note card.

Next up is the Peace & Love card. Start by embossing the background and ink blended blue around the edges. Die cut few mats from white cards tock and stack them. Add yellow Nuvo Drops and let it dry. Die cut and layer the birds and bow. Ink blend the edges and add highlights with white gel pen. Stamp, emboss and and cut to size the sentiment and assemble the card. 

Make impression with the back of the die that you have inked with white pigment ink and using the rubber mat in your die cutting machine. Die cut the same snowflake from white glitter paper, also the sentiment. Adhere to the blue panel, add jewels and assembled your card
