Now onto the fun part!
For my card I used the new Catherine Pooler Die Over the Rainbow and the Scatter Sunshine stamp set.

To make the card start by die cutting the die elements from Premium White card stock, using ink to paper technique color the rainbow using Coral Cabana, Garden Party, Tiara and Aquatini ink pads.
Draw eyes and mouth on the cloud and color in cheeks (I used alcohol marker). Apply Versamark ink on all the elements and emboss using WOW Wanderlust embossing powder. Assemble the elements on a 4" x 5 1/4" panel and stamp sentiment using Midnight ink.
