Hi everyone!
I am back today with another post and a video. I made this card for the new challenge by Hero Arts "Staying Crafty with Hero". The #1 challenge is encouragement cards, so I decided to use the new Waves and Clouds bold prints and the Clouds and Rainbows wood mount stamps.
I stamped the background in black on watercolor paper and embossed in clear embossing powder. Next watercolored it and cut to 4" x 5 1/4".
Stamp the sentiment on vellum and emboss in white.Ink blend Grape Juice on the back and mat on another piece of vellum, adhere on panel. Add jewels and adhere to top folding note card.
