December My Monthly Hero Blog Hop + Giveaway!

Hi stampers!

Welcome to the December MMH release blog hop. This is another kit you don't want to miss!!!
This month is all about our precious Earth. In the kit there is some amazing green Eco glitter along with a reactive ink ombre ink pad that I used on the card below (it was part of the Hero Arts countdown posts on the Hero blog this past weekend).

Kit Contents:
6" x 8" Clear Stamp Set
18 Coordinating Frame Cut Dies
Earth Palette Reactive Ink Pad
Green EcoGlitter 0.5 oz.
5 Mini Brushes

Kit Value: $74.00
Kit Cost: $34.99

If you are following the hop you have probably arrived from Emily Midgett blog and you next stop is Janette Kausen

For my card I stamped the imaged on watercolor paper and used Karin and Zig markers to watercolor it. Once watercolored I die cut the images. Set them aside. I used Butter Bar, Soft Sky and Tide pool ink to create the background. Once I completed the ink blending I spritzed the background with white shimmer iridescent spray. I adhered the images. Stamped the sentiment on Nautical card stock and embossed in white, trimmed to size and adhered to the panel. To finish off the card I adhered the entire panel onto top folding Nautical card.

Giveaway:
Hero Arts is giving away one $50 gift card a prize to one blog reader - selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop. The giveaway closes Sunday, December 8th at 11:59pm, and the winner will be announced the following week on the Hero Arts blog.

Kit availability and shipping:
The main kit is available for a limited time only - once it's gone, it's gone. Kits begin shipping from Hero Arts on Monday, December 9th.

I bet this is even prettier in person. The shimmer doesn't show up on my computer screen, but it sounds beautiful.
