Hero Arts: You Take the Cake

Hi everyone,

I am back today with a card using the new Hero Arts Color Layering cake set and dies. I love this set! 

To make my card I started with a piece of Peony card sotck and stamped the sparkles using versamark ink and embossed with Sparkle embossing powder. Next I stamped the cake and candle and cut them out. I stamped the sentiment onto Chesnut card stock and embossed in white. Trimmed to size. I assembled the panel, layering the cake onto white die cut circle, and adhered to Chestnut note card. I added some lacquer pen on the cake to depict the cake and frosting
