Today I am sharing two cards using the Cottage Corsage set, Cottage Garden background stamp and Awesome and Wonderful stamp set.
So, let's get started.
To make my card I started with a piece of watercolor paper and stamped the flowers on two opposite corners using Midnight ink. Once stamped let it dry for few and then watercolor the images using the following ink pads/refills: Party Dress, Something Borrowed and Lime Rickey. I mixes small amount of shimmery paint into the reinkers to get the shimmer.
Next stamped the sentiment and embossed in white, cut to size and assembled my card.
For my next card I used Cottage Garden background. I stamped in on watercolor paper (hot press) using versamark and embossed with Hero Arts white embossing powder. Next watercolored using reinkers. I stamped the sentiment on black, embossed in white, trimmed to size and assembled my card.

ReplyDeleteAs I hopped to your site I thought I knew what I was going to see, because Catherine has been showcasing your fabulous cottage garden background card with the vibrant colors. So I was surprised to see instead your use of the same stamp with soft watercolors. It is equally beautiful! Wow! You are so talented!
