Hi stampers!
Happy Friday and welcome to the collaboration blog hop between Pink and Main and Glue Dots!
Today I am featuring one of the new release sets from Pink and Main called Snow Sweet Along with the coordinating dies. As well I used Pop Up Glue dots to raise my image and sentiment for more interest.
To make the card I started with a white card stock panel and masked off the bottom with a piece of masking paper that I created by die cutting the edge using the scallop waves dies. Once masked I ink blended few blue ink colors to create ombre background. Then splattered some white and shimmer paint to create snowy effect, as well added dots using white gel pen. Set it aside to dry.
In meantime I stamped the cute little snowman, colored with Copics and die cut. Then for the sentiment, I stamped it on Navy card stock using Versamark and embossed in white. Trim to size.
Once my background panel was dry, I stamped the snowflakes and embossed in white textured embossing powder. Assembled my card using Pop-up glue dots!
Hope you are following the blog hop and finding a lot of inspiration, as well as enjoying all the ideas. If you are following the hop along, you have probably arrived from Amanda's blog and your next stop will be the amazing Samantha (you don't want to miss either of their creations!)
Giveaway: Pink and Main is giving away $25 gift certificate Winner will be announced on Wednesday September 26th

Without glue dots, there wouldn't
have been the extra detail for
the snowman. Stamps need
that extra punch. thanks for
sharing. txmlhl(at)yahoo(dot)com
