Impression Obsession: Fall/Winter Die Release Celebration

Hi stampers!
Happy Monday! The Impression Obsession die release is in the store now and I have few cards to share with you today! You can see the entire die release HERE And you don't want to miss it. There are some awesome dies you will NEED.

I have been dying to try a technique Jennifer McGuire showed about  a year ago , Reverse Die Impression, and thought the new snowflakes and sentiments are perfect for it.
I dry embossed the back of the dies onto my card stock, but previously I inked the back of the die with white craft ink, then run it thought my die cutting machine.
I die cut snowflakes and sentiments from glitter paper and adhered in the dry embossed inked area.
Pretty simple but effective!
Head over the IO Blog for more inspiration and list of participants in this fun celebration!

Gorgeous cards! I had forgotten this treasure of a technique; thank you for reminding/inspiring us with your samples!!! I'm mentally thinking about my die stash and wondering if I have something that would work well for this now. If not, I at least know I can count on IO; I love their stamps and dies!

I must admit when I read your tutorial above I didn't get it, I read it 3 or 4 times before my thick scull took it in lol, and that was only as I thought I'd do it step by step now as I was reading this. I went and got a large snowflake and followed you step by step and can honestly say I love this technique. I love your card too. Thankyou so much for the inspiration and I'm looking forward to seeing your card tomorrow too. Xxx
