Catherine Pooler Designs and WOW blog hop and give away!

Hi Stampers!
Welcome to a fun blog hop between Catherine Pooler Designs and WOW! Embossing Powders! WOW! and Catherine Pooler creative teams are hopping today featuring embossing powders and glitters from WOW! and Catherine's stamps, dies  and inks!. It's like match made in heaven!!! If you are hopping along you should have come here from Chrissie Tobas's blog, and your next stop would be Ingrid Blackburn and trust me, you don't want to miss neither of these ladies' designs. Full blog hop list is at the bottom of this post along with prize details!!!

I made few cards using Catherine's goodies and WOW! embossing powders. For my first card I did some faux acrylic pouring. To make the circle (the faux acrylic pouring), you will want to die cut 4-5 circles and adhere them together to get one thick piece. Smoosh Versamark over it and apply WOW! Opaque White embossing powder. Heat set, then repeat the process 4-5 times. Once dry apply ink (I used Flirty Fuchsia, Tiki Torch, Lime Rickey and All that Jazz. Heat set and repeat. Once dry, you will want to apply another coat of Versamark, then apply WOW! Wanderlust embossing glitter (this one is inspired by Catherine Pooler). Set it aside to dry. In mean time die cut 3 Handwritten hello die cuts and stack them together. Apply versamark and WOW! Wanderlust embossing powder. Set it aside to dry. For the background die cut Stained Glass cover die and apply Versamark, then emboss with the Wanderlust embossing powder .Assemble the card :) (this one may need extra postage for mailing due to its weight)-card inspired by Jennifer McGuire

For the next card you will need the Perfect Vines Dies, Awesome Word die along with Love is in the Air (I used the "Are" from the set) and The World Awaits set (I used YOU). To make the card, die cut the Perfect vines, apply Versamark and apply Wanderlust embossing glitter. Next apply Versamark only on parts of the leaves and emboss with Under the Sea Embossing glitter. Set them aside.
Die cut Awesome few times. Apply Versamark and Under the Sea embossing glitter. Repeat once. Apply Versamark only on the top half and emboss with the Wanderlust embossing powder. Assemble the cards.

For my last but not least card I used the Hello die along with the Kaleidoscope stamp. You will need to start by stamping the background and emboss with Metallic Copper. Turkish Nights and City of Angels embossing glitters. Die cut Hello 3 times from Midnight card stock and adhere all layers together. Apply Versamark, then Turkish Nights powder. Heat set to melt the powder. Repeat the process. Assemble your card!
