Catherine Pooler Designs Wild and Wonderful Release Blog Hop - Day 1

Hi Stampers! 

Welcome to Day #1 of the Catherine Pooler's new release! The new Wild and Wonderful release is now LIVE in Catherine Pooler’s online store. This release consists of couple new inks, new stamp sets (with available coordinating dies),  two background stamps, and two stand alone butterfly dies.

For my first card today I used the Wonderful Wildflower stamp set. This is 6x8 set and is my favorite. I stamped the sentiment then the images onto 4" x 5 1/4" panel from CP Designs Premium card stock. I used the following colors: Limoncello, Tiki Torch, All That Jazz, Daydream, Sweet Sixteen, Grape Crush, Be Mine, Party Dress, Lime Rickey, Grass Skirt. Once done, I used fun foam to adhere to CP Designs Premium White card stock note card.

For my second card today I combined few products. I started by stamping the Kaleidoscope background onto CP Designs white card stock with Versamark ink, then using ink blending tool I  blended in the following inks Limoncello, Tiki Torch and Be Mine inks. I die cut the In Flight Butterfly from white panel and then die cut a scroll butterfly from white card stock. On the panel I stamped the sentiment from Note of Thanks stamp set using Midnight ink and trimmed it to 3 3/4" x 5 1/2" I inked the edges of a note card using Tiki Torch ink and assembled my card.
