For this card I used the new Hero Arts Mermaid stamp and cut. I stamped the mermaid and turtle and colored with alcohol markers. Next I used the mermaid sea waves stencil and White modeling paste to do the background. While it was still wet I applied sparkle embossing powder and let it dry. Once the paste was completely dry I heat set it. In mean time I die cut some of the corals and created my white panel (stamped sentiment and die cut a circle).
I assembled my card and adhered to sea mix folded note card.
