Catherine Pooler Designs Zen Garden release and Blog hop - Stained Glass cover plate meets Faithful Flutterings
Welcome to Day #4 of the Catherine Pooler's new release! The new Zen Grarden release is LIVE in Catherine Pooler’s online store. This release consists of eight AMAZING inks from her new Zen Garden Collection, new stamp sets (with available coordinating dies), a background stamp, stand alone word dies and stencil.
Since there are so many new items, check out What’s New section in Catherine’s store to find the new items this release.
You should have arrived here from Justine's blog, but if you didn’t, you can find the whole blog hop list at the bottom of this post.
And your next stop will be Ashelea's blog and you don't want to miss her amazing creations.
PRIZES: To celebrate the new release Catherine is so awesome and each blog hop day she's giving away 2 sets of the Zen Garden inks!!!! (if you already purchased them, you'll receive $45 gift certificate). Winners will be posted on Catherine's blog!!! I have few cards for you today and 2 videos.
For my first set of cards I did some Ombre stamping using my MISTI and different set of colors and used the new Faithful flutterings stamp set. Watch the video below to see how this card came to be.
Next is a card covered in glitter. I used the Stained Glass cover die with adhesive sheet and selectively applied glitter. I did this by selectively removing the backing of the areas I wanted to be covered in the teal glitter and applied the glitter, next I removed the rest of the adhesive backing and applied the diamond glitter. I glittered the Smile die cut in a same way (using adhesive sheet). Watch the video below to see how this card came to be.
Last, but not the least I shared this card last month as a sneak peek, but wanted to show it to you again. I combined Faithful flutterings and the Stained Glass cover die.
