There are also some amazing add-on products this month - 3 clear stamp sets with coordinating Frame Cuts, 4 woodblock stamps, one Paper Layering die, one Fancy Die. You will also find a DIY calendar kit and Original and Mini MISTI stamping tools in the Hero Arts store today! And this time I can't pick a favorite because I love them all!!!!
Now, you have probably arrived here from Libby's blog, and if you haven't trust me you don't want to miss her amazing projects. So go back to her blog or start from the beginning(the Hero Arts blog) and if you arrived here from her blog, then you are on the right track and your next stop will be Clare's blog(and you don't want to miss her project, either).
For my first card I used the main kit. I stamped the "&" with Strawberry bold ink, then the 2nd step with Versamark and embossed with Gold. As well as the you and me sentiments. I created shaker card using the sequins and the pretty papers from the kit.
For my second card I used the Bouquet wood mount stamp along with a sentiment from the Color Layering rose. I stamped with Intense Black ink and colored with my copics. Then stamped the sentiment on black layering paper and embossed with white embossing powder. Assembled my card and added some Nuvo Drops for finishing touch.
For my next card I used the Love birds stamp and cut set. I stamped the birds on Arches watercolor paper and colored with Zig clean color real brush pens, then die cut them. I created my background using some Daniel Smith watercolors, stamped and embossed the sentiment and assembled my card.
For the next two card I used the Love Bandit set. I created two different shaker cards one using white tulle and the second one classic shaker card using acetate. Isn't that raccoon the cutest?
And for my final card I used the Color Layering Rose set along with the Happily Ever After wood mount stamps. I used Cotton Candy, Rose Madder and Gold embossing powder for the roses and Fresh Lawn and Gold embossing powder for the leaves.
