Now, lets move to the cards, because I have lots to share! And I have few videos to add today and tomorrow that I didn't get a chance to edit as I ran out of time.
For my first card I used hot press watercolor paper and Gansai Tambi watercolors to create the background. Next I stamped the images and embossed with white embossing powder. I added some sequins and spayed a little with the navy shimmer spray that comes in the kit. And voila ;)
For the next 2 cards I used Arches watercolor paper (cold press) and created the galaxy using the Mijello gold watercolors along with white gel pen, alcohol and salt. I will have video showing you how to create this galaxy background (not for these 2 cards in particular but the ones below, but it's same technique). I stamped the images and sentiments with versamark then embossed with white embossing powder. While the embossed image was still hot I applied Sparkle embossing powder and heat set it. This added sparkle to my images.
For my next card I used the Dream big set, I stamped the image on hot press watercolor paper and then created the galaxy background using Gansai Tambi watercolors. Then colored the planets and the girl.
This might be my favorite card. I used the add on set, Astonomical. I created the galaxy background using circle infinity dies (to trace the circles for the planets) and Mijello gold watercolors on Arches cold press watercolor paper. I will have video later today or tomorrow showing you how to create this galaxy!!!! So hang on ;)
I used the same technique for the card below, but used Mewn and Back set for the cat, and Astonomical for the sentiment. I have a video for this card, too. So hang on and check back later. The cat is colored using copic markers.
Then, I had to make the cat spin, so I made spinner card with help of the Circle infinity dies. I will have a video for this card, too.
Now let's move to couple quick and easier cards.
For this card I used the Zodiac Birthday set and stamped the background with help of the MISTI. Then stamped the image on white card stock, colored with copics and applied Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen. I stamped the sentiment on black card stock and embossed with white embossing powder. (I will have video posted later for this card, too)
And last but not the least, real CAS card. I stamped the image with Intense Black and colored with Copic markers. Then adhered to blue note card, added some skiny silver glitter washi, some gems and voila.
I hope you are inspired enough ;) and you didn't get bored or annoyed.
