Hi stampers and welcome to the Power Poppy and My Sweet Petunia blog hop! I love flowers stamps, especially coloring them. And Power Poppy has the most realistic flower stamps I have seen. I LOVE Peonies, so I decided to use the Peony Muse for my card. As well, the day I was making my card my new Chameleon Pencils arrives, so I decided to give them a try. I stamped the image onto Canson pastel paper, then using the pencils I colored it, stamped over with Versafine and embossed with clear embossing powder. Next I created a mask and masked the flower in order to stamp the leaves. Then stamped and embossed the sentiment and mounted my panel onto PTI Blueberry sky card base, added some Nuvo Jewel Gray mist dots to finish off my card.
Watch the video below on how this card came to be.
Now onto the fun stuff. Follow the hop bellow and leave comment on each blog for a chance to win two gift cards $25 eacg from Power Poppy and a choice or mini or Original MISTI(winner's choice of original or mini). MISTI Winners will be announced on this page of the My Sweet Petunia blog .
Here's the list of blogs to hop along the way!
