Hi Stampers!
Today is the June My Monthly Hero Launch and I am taking part of a special(for me) blog hop. As you may already know I love Hero Arts products and I LOVE their My Monthly Hero kits. I was over the moon when I was asked to take part of this month's MMH blog hop. This month's theme is all about travel and travel journaling. I love to travel and used to do a lot of travel journals until kids came along (about 4.5 yrs ago), so this kit really got me in the mood to catch up.
So I started with my travel journal for our Mediterranean cruise we went on 5 yrs ago when I was 12 weeks pregnant with my first baby.I personalized the journal using some Pool layering paper and the items from the kit and the add on stamp set.
Then I did a tag. I am in LOVE with the luggage tag die! It's one of my favorite and it has so many uses! I used the Wave pattern background stamp to stamp on it with some Ombre vintage rust metallic ink pad. As well on the back I stamped our last name using the alphabet add on set. It fit perfectly!
Last but not the least, I decided to go the unconventional way and make a baby card, which can be used as a baby announcement card. I used the same Wave pattern stamp for the tag, but this time I used Unicorn pigment ink to stamp on the tag. When I saw the Hello and world sentiments in this kit, my first thought was "BABY!"
I started a Project Life page, too, but my daughter got sick last night, so I never finalized it, so if you come back tomorrow I will have more ideas for you using this wonderful kit.
I won't hold you more and let you hop along with the rest of the Hero Arts team and leave a comment for a chance to win this awesome kit. Now, hop onto Libby's blog to see her wonderful out of the box creations with this kit.

Enjoyed all your projects... That ombré effect with your last name on the tag was cute! 👍🏽👍🏽 Would love to win this kit. I too, love, love, love, the tag die!!!!
Looking forward to seeing your other project ideas with this kit.
Hope your daughter is feeling better.
I love this kit!! Thanks for sharing!!
The baby card is so adorable! I just want to hold that baby and give her a hug! I see she has like little mittens on. My sister had some of those when she was a baby. Before she turned 1 (she's 55 now) I got chicken pocks. I was 7. No vaccine yet. My middle sister got it and my baby sister whose not a baby anymore got it. My mom made some like that so she wouldn't scratch. I got the worst case of it and I thought it would be fun to share! LOL I'm sure my youngest sister was really miserable.
I love everything that you did!
