Hi Stampers!
I am back this week with another So Suzy Stamp of the month creation. But before I get into how I made this card, I want to apologize for not having a video today. See....I was going to have one, everything was ready to go, then I was transferring ( cut and paste) the video from my phone to my computer and POOF, the video was gone, just like that, nowhere to be found. So I have bare with me and my tutorial :)
What is Stamp of the Month program, you wonder. You can join for 3 months (1 quarter) or for the whole year. Each month you will receive an EXCLUSIVE stamp that will only be released to Stamp of the Month Club Members. The theme for 2016 is Coastal and the stamps that will be shipped each month will coordinate with each other, so by the end of the year you will have nice collection of coordinating stamps featuring the "Coastal" theme. Each stamp will be shipped out on the 10th of the month, when we'll be revealing the images for that month
For today's card I used two Stamp of the Month, February and June.
Here is a short tutorial to how I made this card, as if fairly simple and as my video went "POOF"
1.I started with a white card base
2. Die cut the frame from gold foil paper
3. Stamp the February SAM into the frame using Soft Pool Hero Arts ink
4. Stamp the June SAM over it with Versamark and emboss with gold embossing powder.
5. Add sequins, beads and Sunset Nuvo glitter drops
6. Enjoy.
As well bellow I have a picture with all the steps and pointers, click on it for larger view.
