Happy Birthday - Skipping Stones Blog Hop

Hi Stampers,

It's that time of the month (the last Friday) when we have our Skipping Stones Design Stamp and Share challenge. This month the challenge is to use 4 embellishments, and I used 4 sequins (of course, because everything is better with sequins).
I used some Distress inks to create the background and acrylic paint for the white splaters, then I used Dandelion Dreams and Beautiful Botanicals to stamp the images with Versagine onyx black ink and my MISTI so I have a good coverage on the watercolor paper (I stamped each image about 4 times) and then embossed with clear embossing powder.

For the technique for the video for the watercolor background see this post (I just used distress inks instead of the papertrey inks I am showing in the video)

Very nice background and I love the bold black images stamped multiple times with the MISTI and then embossed.
