I saw this card the other day , I believe it was one of the Make and Takes. I just had to re-create it. I am not sure if I used the same colors, but they are close enough.
I colored the stamp with Markers and then sprayed with water and stamped on watercolor paper. The dimensions of the card is: 6"x 3 1/4"
