While ago I posted a card using the reverse applique technigue (HERE). Here is a card I made yesterday using the same technique, but I used some ribbon scraps I had laying around. We all have these, don't we. I thought it was nice to use them, instead of throwing them in the garbage.

stamps: Happy Heart, I {heart} hearts
ink: real red, pretty in pink
paper: very vanilla, kraft, real red, pretty in pink
other: ribbon scraps, scallop trim border punch, paper crimper, heart to heart punch,sherbet buttons
