Holy Triptych again

I think this will be the card I will be making for my husband's side of the family this year. I liked how it turned out. It's little more involved than I would like to be, but I will need to make 10 cards. And I think I will be doing the watercoloring during my business trip next week. Right after the weekend I will be flying to Denver, CO and from there drive to Loveland, CO for a design review meeting for the project I am working on. I will be back on Thursday.

Anyway, for this card I used Handsome Hunter cardstock (and for first time in my life!!!!!), bravo burgundy, brushed gold and watercolor paper.
Scroll down for complete list of supplies used for this card. :)

Supplies:
Stamps: Holy Triptych, Baroque Motifs and Holidays and Wishes
ink: versamark
stampin' write markers: bravo burgundy, handsom hunter, so saffron, blush blossom, barely banana, always artichoke, chocolate chip, close to cocoa
paper: brushed gold, bravo burgundy, watercolor, handsome hunter
other: purely pomogranate satin ribbon (clearance rack SU!), gold embossing powder, heat tool, stamp-a-ma-jig, aqua painter

Beautiful job! This is my favorite out of the whole catty and one I can't afford so I love seeing this set used. Who knows maybe Santa will bring it.

This is definitely the most elegant version of this stamp set I have seen. I now think maybe I do really need this stamp set. Wow what a great card!

You truly did a beautiful job on this! Do you have any tips on how you did the coloring? We are all so impressed and would love to know how to do it. Is it just the markers or markers and water or ...? TFS Barbara

Barbara,
I have a tutorial how I do the watercoloring. You can find it here: http://ilinacrouse.blogspot.com/2009/07/another-natures-nest-card-and-tutorial.html

Hope this helps.
