With Sympathy

Here is a card I made the other day for a friend whos father passed away a week or so ago. These are my least favorite cards to make, I wish I would never need to make another one, but life happens.
I used a lot of retired products on this card, baja breeze card stock, taste of textiles specialty paper and valet ribbon originals. The sentiment is not SU! stamp, I have had it for a long while and liked the font on it, so I kept it.
I took the idea from one of the Stampin' Success magazines from several months ago. Scroll down for complete list of supplies.

supplies:
stamps: Thoughts and Prayers, non SU! stamp
ink: basic black
paper: taste of textiles specialty paper, kraft, baja breeze
other: top note die, horizontal slot punch, valet ribbon originals

I love this card. The colors are perfect. I cased it and will have a link to your blog on Monday Nov. 2 if that is ok. I wish I didn't need a sympathy card to hand out, but yours is very comforting.
