Happy New Year!
Hope you all had a fun New Year's Eve, as for us, we stayed home, as Sean got a cold or something. We made some pizza, watched movie etc. I did get a chance to make some cards, I made about 10 valentine cards to donate to the Michigan's Children Hospital. Read more about that HERE . You can see them if you scroll down. I have 8 already made from before, so that makes 18 for now. I tried to keep them simple, so I can make more. I used Happy Heart stamp set from the mini catalog to make them.
Now onto the other card, it was about time I finally mounted and used Summer By the Sea set, it's been on the dormant list for a while, and now is retiring, so if you want it hurry up, you have until January 18th to get it, and when is gone is gone for good!
I stamped the image on watercolor paper and watercolored it, and then when I was cutting the cardstock to mount it on, the power went off. What a way to say Happy New Year! to the Peco Customers, lol, Joking...it was very windy outside, so probably it was some tree or something. I don't know. But I finished the card on candle light, I had no idea what I am doing, and couldn'r really see the colors, but it think it came out well, considering the circumstanes. :D
