I haven't created much lately, due to a lot of school work and today playing pretty much whole day with Photoshop (I made me a watermark)...Oh, well...I am hoping for next weekend and hoping to be home when the UPS guy will come on Friday to bring my big order from SU! I am so excited about that, to see all the new goodies.
The other day I went to Joann's to pick up some hem tape, and ended up picking up bunch of ribbon, and this cute stamp called " Monkey in grass", it was just $1, so I had to have it. I stamped it in staz on and colored with artist pastels (which my dad got me couple years ago), then instead of sealing it with a fixative, I applied gamsol. I stamped the little flowers from Little flowers stamp set and colored them with the pastels as well, I mounted the monkey on certainly celery and then on creamy caramel. I made the card base 3x3 from creamy caramel, and mounted a slightly smaller piece of certainly celery, then I stamped 'love you' from the stamp set short and sweet. On the end I adhered the little flowers with STampin' dimensionals, and applied Crystal effects to the flowers and the monkey.

This is a York Pattie I made for Valentine's day (many more to be made), I took it out from it's original package, and re-wraped it in aluminum foil, I punched a scallop circle from patterned paper(not SU), then a 1 3/8" circle from ruby red cs, and stamped the heart from "Happy Hearts"(retired) in ruby red, cut it out and adhered it with dimensionals. Pretty simple!
