Hi Stampers!
I know it seems like I have fallen off the face of the Earth. I promise I didn't. Life just happens. Last week my 4 yr old was attending Vacation Bible School, so even I wasn't at work for the whole week I was very busy with her, you know it takes a lot to entertain a 4yr old who doesn't STOP talking. I mean seriosly, how can such a little girl talk so much. Anyway....she had fun! Then when I got back to work I got slammed with proposals to do. You know my dayjob, the electrical power engineering stuff. LoL. I am not sure if I have mentioned that I am not doing engineering any more but moved to proposals (bid management/ go to market group), I still do some engineering for the proposals, but it's different. It's more demanding and much faster pace, but I love it. But even if I love it when there is a lot of stuff to do, I get stressed. It's normal part of life. So this week has been one of those. I have 7 proposals for this week (usually there are 1 or 2), so I haven't had the energy to create after the kiddos go to bed. I just sit there on the recliner and vegetate lol, or I work. And how do I deal with the stress? I work out extra hard at the gym. Works like a charm.
Anyway, I do have this fun card for you I made for the blog hop with MISTI and Chameleon Pens. The stamps were provided by IndigoBlu (Chameleon is hopping with My Sweet Petunia and IndigoBlu). When I saw the 2 sets I was like, that is too many cats! What I am going to do with all these cats! And most of all I am not a cat person. This might be the first sets I have with cats. (Lydia, don't kill me, please). But, even though I am not a cat person they reminded me of my friend Lydia.
When stamping the images I wanted to have that intense black look of the lines of the stamps, so I called my MISTI for help. I positioned my stamps, stamped the image few times with Hero Arts intense black ink (alcohol marker friendly), then I colored the images using the Chameleon Pens, and put them back in my MISTI and stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink, which is VERY black ink, but not really alcohol marker friendly. You may notice in the video that I am using 2 MISTI's, it's not required to use 2. But I found it useful, so after I got my first one, I went and purchased another one :D You can never have enough mini MISTI's. I work on different projects at same time, and never finish them in the same day, so leaving my stamps in the MISTI is very useful, that's why having more than one is very helpful (at least to me)
Scroll down to watch the video how I made this card!
Now I will leave you to hop along with my friends and leave a comment for a chance to win a MISTI (original or mini, your choice). A winner will be selected from the comments on all blog posts, so comment on everyone's blog for more chances to win a MISTI. As well Chameleon Pens is having a give away, visit their blog for the details.

I absolutely love your card! My Aunt Carol loves cats and this would be a perfect card for her!!
Would be over the moon to win a Mini MISTI! Fingers crossed and have a great summer with your little one! PS> Ear plugs help! LOL
Had to laugh at your comments about your talkative 4 year old! My daughter was like that too. I used to say she started talking early and never stopped!
Something like finding Waldo.
Fun idea.
thanks for sharing.
