Watercolored birthday - Skipping Stones Design Monthly Challenge

Hi Stampers!
It's the last Friday of the month, and that means it's time for another Skipping Stone Designs challenge. This month's challenge is anything goes. So, I decided to create a watercolored card. I used one of my favorite sets Victorian Summer and I stamped with Versamark onto watercolor paper, then I embossed using Hero Arts White embossing powder and colored using wet on wet watercolor technique. When it was dry using a baby wipe I wiped off the pigment off the flowers (the embossed parts). Then I die cut my panel and stamped the sentiment. Lastly I stamped the sentiment and adhered the panel onto White #110 card base.
Head on over the Skipping Stones Design blog to read more about the challenge and how to participate :)

Make a wish birthday and GIVEAWAY!

Hi stampers!
It's almost the weekend!
I am back today with a card using Hero Arts new set called "Make a wish birthday". I started with stamping the sentiment in versamark on white card stock and then embossing it with Liquid Platinum. Then I stamped the flowers and leaves around and die cut the image. For my card base I used Sweet Gelato cardstock from Wplus9 that I stamped onto with Ultra Pink HA shadow ink using the diagonal stripes background stamp from Simon Says Stamp!

If you read my post from yesterday, I promissed some blog candy, so here it comes. I have one Good Times set from Papertrey Ink to give away. I accidently ordered 2, so I am giving one away. To be eligible to win, just leave me a comment on this blog post. Picture of this set is on the bottom of this post! You have until February 4th 11.59PM EST to leave a comment and I will post the winner on February 6th.

Happy Mail

Hi Stampers!
I am back today with another card, actually again 2 cards. This time I am using the Happy Mail set from WPlus9. I got the set and dies as a Christmas present from my hubby and they are so fun to work with and the images are just oh, so cute!
As you can see, I am getting back in swing of things and posting on my blog regularly. And I am proud of it...lol.
For these cards (and couple more that I made, which I will post some other day) I first die cut my the "images" and then using my MISTI I stamped them, so they are perfectly stamped and placed. Then using my Chameleon Pens (the deluxe set and the new colors that will be coming out soon) I colored them. I cut out some "grass" Strips from random patterned paper I had at home and then just assembled my cards and stamped my sentiments (and of course on the first card I tied the ribbon)
Come back tomorrow for another eye candy and for some blog candy ;)

Hello with Simon Says Stamp

Hi Stampers!
Happy Tuesday!
I am back today, but not with one but two cards for you. I got this springy stamp and die set from Simon Says Stamp and I just love it. It's called Happy for you/Falling for you. I first die cut bunch of diecuts from Neenah Solar white card stock, then using my MISTI and mini MISTI I stamped the images onto them, then assembled my cards. I am just in LOVE with my MISTI-s! I have THREE! (two original and one mini, which will be released in couple months). For the second card to add little sparkle I used my Wink of Stella Clear to add some shimmer. LOVE the look of it. Scroll down for complete list of supplies.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!
