Hi stampers!
Welcome to the Hero Arts Valentine's collection blog hop! As you might have noticed, I love Hero Arts products and I am honored again to be participating in this blog hop.
For my projects I used 2 sets from the new collection Romeo and Juliet and Heart Pattern Bold Prints background stamp, and I got carried away.
So bear with me, as I share my projects!
If at any point you get bored, just hop onto the next blog :D (I will have the same list on the bottom of this post) which is Libby and I check her amazing creations!

Now, lets move onto the projects! For the first one I made these little rosettes and attached doilies and stamped and cut circles for the middles. You can use these as decoration if you put a twine on it, or you can adhere is to a card as the sample below.
I decided to go little non-Valentine's-ish and make a thank you card using an Valentines set. For the background I did a technique I saw on Jennifer McGuire's blog. You ink you card stock using an shadow ink pad, and stamp with Versamark. Heat set and voila. Next I added the Thank you sentiment that was previously spritzed with shimmer spray. This technique is addictive and I want to make more of these cards.
If you could notice I decided to do different techniques with the background stamp. For this card I stamped it onto old newspapers , and added the sentiment then adhered to my red card base.
Once again, I decided to go with non-Valentine's card with this background stamp. I used the Hello Stamp and cut for the sentiment. The background was stamped in Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder
Here's another simple Valentine. For this one I stamped the background with Royal Red ink and let it dry. Then stamped my sentiment, cut the layer and adhered to my white card base.
Let's move to the Romeo and Juliet set. I had this background for quite some time now, so decided to use it. I stamped the images in Versamark and embossed with black sparkle embossing powder. Die cut the layer using the rectangle infinity dies.
Now, I went clean and classic! Black and White with pop of red.
This might be my favorite. I love all the glitter and that star confetti die.
And last, but not the least a simple card using couple Tim Holtz distess ink.
If you survived to the bottom of this post, congrats!
But, not it's time to head onto LIbby's blog and she what she has in store for you
