Inkspirations Christmas Gifts Blog Tour

Welcome to the very first Inkspirations Christmas Gift Blog Tour! You've probably just arrived here from Helen's Blog. You can either keep following forward from here, or click back wards. You can also start from the beginning at the Inkspirations Blog. Either way, you're in for an Inkspirations treat!
Here are two gift ideas I prepared for you.
It's almost beginning of a new year and we all buy, make or get calendars. So what is better than handmade calendar. I used Elements of Style and Full Calendar sets to make the calendar, plus Calendar Basics (non SU! ). I made each month base of different colored cardstock and stamped the image from the Elements of Style in coordinating color, as well the month.
All the pieces are put in Calendar Case Cd, as well I made the cover for it.

The second gift is cookie mix in a jar. What's better than cookies for the season. So I filled a jar with the cookie mix and decorated it with the Deck the Halls fabric and some cherry cobbler seam binding. As well I made tag to attach to it. For the tag I used crumb cake card stock and deck the halls dsp.

And now it's time to depart to Lee-Anne's blog to see her amazing gift ideas. Don't forget to leave her some love :)

I am a little late getting to these great projects but saw the link on the seaside stampers list and couldn't resist having a peek. GREAT stuff! I'm hoping that means we will have an option for bulk buy of the CD holders? I am curious as to how you managed to punch the tabs on the little calendar pages...I have the right punch but don't know how you got it punched on both sides, won't fit in far enough so I am sure there is some kind of trick to it and am wondering what the trick is. If you don't mind sharing, I would love to know...thanks! Jan Hoyt inkerzaway@aol.com
