Paisley Prints Napkin rings and Name Plates

wow, what a day. I didn't get anything done. I was able to sleep in through the night without waking up from back pain. But the first thing in the morning, I checked my email and found out that my grandfather passes away...and everything from there is a story. It's just been a hard day...just being away 5000miles away from my family it's tough sometimes. The past 6 years I missed all the weddings, all births, all funerals. And sometimes I feel alone here. Ok enough blabing. Many of you probably won't understand......

Here is the project I did today for the Fall Fest.

So sorry about the loss of your grandfather. I do understand about the distance. My sweet hubby retired from the US Army and we were so far away many times. I couldn't get home when my grandmother passed away and it hurt so much. Will be praying for you and your familly.
The Fall Paisley items are lovely! Great colors and details.

Sorry for the loss of your grandfather. I too understand how hard it is to be away from your loved ones - we are a military family and all of my relatives live at least a 3 h plane trip away. It is hard to miss all of the family events but when we do get together, it is such a memorable occasion. Again, my deepest sympathies.

Ilina: I eagerly await every new creation on your blog; but today that is tinged with sadness for you. Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of your grandfather. I hope you can be warmed by your memories of him, and the rest of your family, even though they may be physically far away. Take care.

So sorry about the loss of your Grandfather. I understand well, how hard it is to be so far away from family. It can seem like you live at the bottom of the world sometimes. I have siblings and parents scattered throughout the States from OH, CO, AZ & UT to where I live in South Florida which is literally like the bottom of our world for them. But it's especially hard when there is loss & you can't find your way together for one reason or another. My prayers are with you and yours at this time and throughout the holidays, which, I am certain, will be difficult this year. God Bless & this setting is absolutely beautiful as are all of your creations. ^Annie^
