Please don't take CHRIST out of Christmas! I want to purchase you 12 days of Christmas tutorials, but I refuse to while it has an x in place of Christ's name. Can you change this in your post?

I echo Gail's comment. Please keep CHRIST in Christmas.

Wow, I never thought that this can be be insulting for people. No one is taking CHRIST out of Christmas! I am sorry if you feel that way. I will remove the Xmas for your sake. In other languages translation of the word Christmas has nothing to do with Christ. It is the meaning of the holiday that is important! For example in Bulgarian it's Koleda, which is not derived from Christ.
Just a little background why the letter X is used:
The letter "X" comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Χριστός, translated as "Christ".

The X and P arose as the uppercase forms of the Greek letters χ and ρ used in ancient abbreviations for Χριστος (Greek for "Christ"), and are still widely seen in many Eastern Orthodox icons depicting Jesus Christ.

So...this being said I am NOT taking CHRIST out of Christmas.

Ilina, I appreciate that you took the time to clear this up:)However, I find it unfortunate that you would change the name(s) of your tutorials/online classes due to an unwarranted for refusal to purchase.

we all stumble over different things, and the Bible says:

It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother to fall. Romans 14:21

So, I don't want to make anyone stumble, so I did edit my post.

If they want or not to purchase my classes or instructions, is up to them, but I feel free and in peace that I am not causing them to stumble :)

Hello Ilina. I just love your creations and am interested in purchasing the instructions. However, i am confused on what to purchase. I love the glitter ornaments. Are the glitter ornaments included in the 12 Days of Christmas? I couldn't find anything that showed what was included in the 12 Days of Christmas, but i am not so good with navigating online sites. I appreciate your help. Blessings! Deana Schultz

I have never done anything like this, but loved your cards and thought I'd give it a try. I paid with pay pal. Is that how you get my email to send the tutorials? I just don't want to miss it now that I've paid :-)

You can use anything you have on hand for Christmas cards. You don't need to use the same colors and sets I am using. The cards will usually be simple, so not many supplies are required. I just used one stamp in the first card. There is another card I use buttons, and you can use any random buttons you have etc. There is another card with holly and sentiment. So again, you can use any stamp with holly or something Christmas-y and a sentiment etc. Just the first card is posted for now. Tonight will be the 2nd etc. One card a day (and video) until December 12th.
