It's time for the Tour de Freaks. The tour doesn't officially start till June 20th, so if you're here to view my post, make sure you check back so you can view the tour in full bloom :)
If you've already started the tour, then you've probably come from viewing Wendy Weixler's blog and her fabulous creations. If you didn't arrive from Wendy's blog, don't worry, the hop makes a full circle, so you won't miss any creations :)
I decided to create two project with different styles. The first project uses the new in color Blushing Bride and the new core color Early Espresso. I decided to create a card box with a diaper like wrapper around it so it's more baby like :) As well I used the new set Baby Bundle and two other new sets Occasional Quotes (Hostess level 3) and Perfect Punches set. As well I used some Early Espresso 1/8" taffeta ribbon. All this sets and colors will be available starting July 1st when the new catalog goes live. Check back tomorrow for details about the template for the box and the instructions for the whole project.
Now scroll down for the second project.
For the second project, I decided to go little bit vintage. I used the set called Artistic Etchings which will be as well available on July 1st. Besides that I used the Newsprint dsp, almost vintage stencil and basic black 1/8" taffeta ribbon. For distressing I used the new Crumb Cake ink pad. All these products will be available starting July 1st.
Now scroll down for the details for the next stop of the blog tour.
I hope you've enjoyed the projects. Now, hop on over to Debbie Currier's blog by selecting the button below to view her VERY creative projects!
