Polka Dot Punches Valentine's card

This is post #2 for today. I just made this card to go with the gift below. It's was pretty quick card. As I said I feel kinda blue and with no desire to create anything. I used the Polka dot punches SAB set for this card, as well the new eyelet border edge and the SU! textured plates for the Big Shot.

stamps: Polka Dot Punches, All Holidays
paper: real red, whisper white, pretty in pink
ink: real red, whisper white
other: button (not SU!), linen thread, SU textured plates for the Big Shot
